THE PRICE INCLUDES:
– Walk among the family vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards
– Visit to the winery
– Harvesting, destemming, and crushing of the grapes
– Tasting of the must
– Platter served at the table with five Sicilian gastronomic specialties produced on the farm
– Tasting of honey, extra virgin olive oil, extra citrus jams, and olive pâté
– Tasting of two IGP and DOC Sicilia wines
– Guide available for the entire duration of the visit

Start with a pleasant walk through the family vineyards and harvest the grapes by hand. Your guide will then lead you to the old building of the farm where you will remove the grapes from the bunches, press them and taste the very fresh must. Then, through a visit to the cellar, you will learn the secrets of grape processing and wine aging.
In the winery or in the veranda overlooking the garden, you will find a delightful brunch of five typical Sicilian appetizers, including local cheeses, tasty salami, vegetables grown in the farm garden, homemade bread with olive oil, organic honey and delicious citrus jellies.
