THE PRICE INCLUDES:
– Walk among the family vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards
– Visit to the animal area and meeting with dairy animals
– Meeting with the cheesemaker and demonstration of cheese production
with tasting
– Visit to the winery and tasting of an IGP or DOC Sicilia wine
– Tasting of “zabbina” and ricotta paired with our products: honey, extra virgin olive oil, extra citrus jams, and olive pâté
– Adult menu served at the table with six appetizers, one first course, one meat second course with side dish, farm dessert, wine, water, and coffee.
– Children’s menu: fresh pasta with tomato sauce and cutlet with fries
– Guide available for the entire duration of the visit
